Ingredients

For best results, use Aletsch right before bedtime. After brushing with toothpaste, smile wide and pull your lips back as much as you can to reveal your teeth. Dry your teeth with a cloth, and then brush on a thick layer of Aletsch with the applicator on your teeth and over your gum lines. Keep the lips pulled back for 10-15 seconds and do not rinse, drink or eat for at least 30 minutes. Best to apply right before bedtime.
